Our mission: to help veterans process their experiences and educate the public through the comic book arts.
You're making history already. We'll help you chronicle it. We're putting together an anthology to raise funds for a variety of pandemic relief efforts. If you are a first responder or health care worker, military or otherwise, on the front lines of the pandemic, we want to hear from you! If you are a patient, at high risk, or in a hard hit community, we would also like your stories. You are already making a difference. Writers, illustrators, and letterers, join the team. Contact us, and together we can all make an even bigger difference.
The Stories of Service Foundation is an Idaho registered 501 (c) (3) nonprofit dedicated to sharing lesser known stories and personal accounts from various points in US history as well as to providing safe, nonjudgmental, apolitical support for veterans, first responders, and families who wish to work with us or who would like to develop their own projects. We contract with veteran writers and artists whenever possible. Proceeds from our books fund future projects and are distributed to other nonprofits who provide similar services to those who've served.
